Walnut and Raisin Sourdough Bread

This is my second attempt to used my homemade sourdough wild yeast starter, it came out perfectly just like it should be. The crust wasn't that thick, the crumb was soft and fluffy, the raisin and walnut complement the bread beautifully. I have to say that I'm pretty pleased with the result

The first attempt was not quite right. The dough didn't really rise, not even 30%, which I think I know why. The loaf came out quite dense and flat, though Other Half told me that it didn't alter the taste. I still have so much to learn...
